In today's world, leadership requires good communication and relationship building skills. Leadership skills are hard to come by, and not everyone is born a leader. Leadership skills include the ability to work in a team, listen to others, communicate effectively, and have the personality of a commander.

We can teach young children leadership skills simply by teaching them how to communicate effectively and how to be tolerant of others' opinions, which requires a great deal of patience that children often lack.
